The guide in my cuisine is fresh ingredients that come from the local farmers, hunters and fishermen. The offer is always seasonal; therefore we have asparagus, wild garlic, mushrooms and pumpkins in the time of ripening.

I always like to read the old Slovenian recipes and offer them with a little innovation as the specialty of my cuisine. A lot of attention is paid to our baking under the lid (lamb, veal shank or octopus) and steaks of Slovenian origin. Come and indulge yourselves!
